Rooster Sauce or Salsa Pico de Gallo, San Miguel Brand

Our pico de gallo sauce is also one of the most common in Mexico. In fact, the ingredients of this sauce represent the Mexican flag, the red is represented by the tomato, the white is the onion and the green is represented by the cilantro and the jalapeño pepper. Its flavor is mild and its spiciness is not so much.

As all the sauces of San Miguel its elaboration is as if it was done at home, all the ingredients are roasted in a comal enhancing its flavors and leaving that the skin of the ingredients is roasted giving that smoky touch that we all like, then it is milled in a molcajete of volcanic stone as they did it from the prehispanic time.
