2. TITLE

The owner of the file (CUSTOMERS AND USERS), to which the personal data are incorporated is www.despensamexicana.es.

www.despensamexicana.es, assumes the responsibility of use according to the regulations established in the Law of Protection of Personal Data and ensures that it has adopted all security measures of a technical and organizational nature to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation of Data Protection of the EU 2016/679" or "RGPD of the EU 2016/679".

3. USES, PURPOSES AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER

- State Security Forces and Corps, as well as other competent authorities, in response to a request in connection with a police or judicial investigation (in these cases, we will disclose information relevant to the investigation, such as name, city, state or province, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, NIF and IP address). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not disclose your personal information to law enforcement officials, government representatives or third parties without a subpoena, court order or similar legal process.

6. RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, OPPOSITION AND CANCELLATION

7. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY MEASURES

www.despensamexicana.es, as the party responsible for the file and the virtual store, guarantees full compliance with the provisions established in the General Data Protection Regulations of the EU 2016/679" or "RGPD of the EU 2016/679 and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing the General Data Protection Regulations of the EU 2016/679" or "RGPD of the EU 2016/679, which complements it. It also guarantees due compliance with the provisions established in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, with respect to the holder's information and unsolicited commercial communications.

www.despensamexicana.es, undertakes not to reveal any confidential information, as well as not to inform about any data object of treatment, except in the cases in which the law expressly requires it or when they are required of the competent public authorities in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.

8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

The user will respond, in any case, of the veracity of the facilitated data, reserving www.despensamexicana.es the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has facilitated false, vague or inexact data, without prejudice of the other actions that proceed in right. No user, except for legally constituted representation, may use the identity of another person, the user can only provide personal data corresponding to their identity.

9. CONSENT

Thus, if the User does not want to be sent commercial and advertising information, should send an e-mail to info@despensamexicana.es, indicating in the subject "DELETE" or send us your request to unsubscribe by email to info@despensamexicana.es and you will be unsubscribed from our database.

12. IP DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the IP address of the USER will be recorded in the personal data file. The purpose of which is to register the IP addresses of users who access the virtual store. The aforementioned IP address will remain registered in this file for a period of one year, as stipulated in article 12 of the aforementioned Law.

13. UPDATE OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

www.despensamexicana.es, reserves the right to modify at any time the terms and conditions established in this privacy policy, always respecting current legislation on data protection and agreeing to communicate in writing and reliably to the user, either by publication in the virtual store, by sending emails or using any means of communication or dissemination that it deems appropriate to expand, modify or extend them.
